Download designs?

Is it possible to download designs people made from the Able Sisters? I don't just mean people coming to your town and putting them on the shirts, I mean people upload them on the computer and you download them via Wii or SD Card

That'd be a neat idea though if for a future AC game they released a pattern making program for download from their official site. That way you could design patterns on your computer with much more ease than the remote. It'd be even better if the program could take a picture and convert it into a pattern.
