Probably not the place for this, but my sister got a laptop for her birthday and since I'm doing a levels shes being forced to let me use it sometimes so I wanted to download paint tool sai so I can get back to drawing with my tablet rather than on the ipad but there seems to be quite a few different links and I don't want to get the wrong one, I tried to download it on my old laptop before it broke but it never worked so I think maybe I downloaded the wrong one or something :/

I'm pretty sure it's a 31 day trial version, unless you buy the full version. Other links most likely give out viruses- especially the cracked/free versions, which isn't allowed here & pretty much illegal to download, so I wouldn't even risk it.
