I have Blanche's card and can get her in my town and have you adopt her for 10 TBT.
Tangy also just moved into my town (she was camping and I invited her over), so usually she'll be the first one to ask to leave town. If you'd like her, I can get her to you when she's in boxes. Can't say for sure when that's going to be though

I TT’d a day forward and back the day she told me, so i dont know of that affects the date of her move, but I will definitely let you know when she is in boxes either way
