Someone voided in my city,a villager that destroyed an important zone of my city and i need her to move soon without time traveling, any suggestions?

I don't think theres anything you can do without TT`ing. Best you can do is try to be bffs and hope they request to move quickly.

what i do when i wanna kick a villager out is to
1. go around town to get moving pings
2. if the ping comes from a villager you wanna keep, deny,
3. after denying, save game. load it up again and then TT 6 days forward.
4. after that, TT 6 days backwards again.
5. go around town to get moving pings again.
rinse and repeat the steps until the villager you want to move out pings you. sometimes you may not get moving pings immediately after the fifth step, in that case, go find out from other villagers for rumors.

Thank you!

Woudln't that trick just work without TTing if you waited those days that it says 'TT so many days ahead'?

I had a villager move in and for a few days I was island hopping to get the sea globe. After about 4 days of doing that I was told by someone else that she was thinking of moving. I think if you speak to them once when they are unpacking and then don't interact with them then it also speeds it up.

Yeah.. as long as you have talked to the other villagers on the day the other pings (or the days before so they don't "forget" you) you can just skip the 4-5 days until they are in boxes to be sure.
