editing posts costs TBT?

just edited one of my posts and my bells dropped from 72 to 70. not that it's that big of a deal though

edit: my bells keep changing. it went up to 79 and when i edited the post it went to 73, i guess its just a small thing that has nothing to do with edits

Remove content and you lose Bells, add content and you gain Bells.

Why not? There's nothing more fun than correcting mistakes and adding updates!

I guess, and you've proved your point there, but it would be neater to just change points to bells (using that as an example) than then adding "oh, I actually meant XYZ", which in an active thread might even end up as a separate post altogether.

Artificially extending the length of your posts in order to gain more Bells is against the site rules, although I don't think it would be obvious that is your intention so you'd get away with it (since it's not much of a gain anyway).
