Try talking to Nook and see if you have the option to sell your land. He should give you a bag that you can set down where you want Eloise's house to be. Once it's set down, try coming back! The new code is 7F79M. Let me know how it goes or if you need any help!
i think i got a bit ahead of myself, my new resident services just opened today and the campsite is still under construction so i don’t think i can sell land or invite ppl until then , i didnt realize sorryyy for the trouble i hope u can find eloise another home !
Ok so i traveled to the next day, now the campsite is open but still no option for selling a plot of land- is it enough to be able to invite eloise to campsite?
Hmm. I'm not sure, but maybe? Do you have resident services now? If so, you should be able to talk to tom nook and say "infrastructure changes" then some options will come up and one will be "sell my land". It's also possible that you can't sell land until someone camps in your campsite, which should happen for you tomorrow.

I'm preeeetttty sure if you time travel to tomorrow and invite whoever is in your campsite to your village (they make you invite them, there's no 'no' option), you should be able to sell land on that day or the day after if you can't today. So if you want to put in the timetravelling work you can still get eloise today! But I understand again if you don't want to go to the trouble.
