I saw a post in the AC thread, and it inspired me to post this; what is your favourite song in any nintendo game? Mine is probably the 1am rain music in acnl. Also, I found a compilation of some of the best/most relaxing songs from nintendo and its breathtaking:

Mario Galaxy is amazing, Splatoon music is fun too. No offense, but AC music has always been a bit, meh to me. Also Pok?mon music is really good.

the song in the wiiu eshop that sounds like a remix of splatoon, and gusty garden galaxy from mario galaxy

Your right, compared to other nintendo music, ac music is definitely lacking, but i still love certain songs for sentimental reasons! Mario Galaxy music might be the best i have heard in a nintendo game as well imo, but i was so frustrated playing some of the levels so i associate it with hours of failure lmao :)

My favorite is the title song from the first Animal Crossing.
i don't know why people don't like ac music compared to other nintendo music imao

Twilight Princess's Hyrule Castle/Ganon's Tower buildup is also amazing. Would love to hear it played on the actual instruments!

I like a lot of Nintendo songs (from Mario Galaxy and Pokemon especially Hoenn region music). But just to pick one right now I'd say I really like the final boss stage music in Fire Emblem Awakening

I think for me the original AC title music brings back memories. I grew up on N64 and GC
