Yup, after 11/9 you should be able to just go up to the 2nd floor and get her request. I know it worked that way for people I know who had to get Louie through SpotPass.

Same here! I love cats and also, I like extra content regardless if I played the game or not. The items look pretty sweet and might help me with future medieval or pre-historic themed houses I make. :]
