You can see how your signature looks if you go to 'Settings' and click on 'Edit Signature'. Or if you go to your own profile, click on 'About Me' and scroll down.

Signatures would be one of the many things that you can spend your forum currency on.
As computertrash mentioned, art/TBT collectibles/AC in-game items/villagers/other goodies.

I made my own sig and it wasn't showing up earlier, I forgot Diana in it and im going to make it look better, but its fine for now
