Fishing and Furniture ~ HELP PLEASE

Okay, I am brand new to AC and heard this was the best AC site. It looks like I am inept at doing these 2 things so bear with me LOL.

Fishing ... Is it really *that* hard to fish or is it just me ... but most of the time the fish nibble quickly a few times and disappear. A couple times only have I actually caught them! I don't think I'm that dumb but wow, no matter when I pull the rod back, the fish get away ?? And are the fish really that scarce? I mean I see one like every 5 or 10 minutes. I can't even imagine trying to catch flying bugs now LOL.

Furniture moving ~ Again, I point with the wii remote, but then how in the world do you actually *turn* the furniture? It says to point and then use the nunchuk to turn it, but the nunchuk does absolutely nothing. I have tried turning the wii remote (well I've pressed every button) and only sometimes will it push or pull, but won't turn. What am I doing wrong?

Kay. Umm.. For the furniture, I use the nunchuk to walk around anyway... So walk up to the piece of furniture with your nunchuk, and grab it using I think it's C? It's the top & smaller one of the two, then use the nunchuk control stick thing to turn it. That's what I do. Hope you can figure out my fail at explaining. ;P

& As for the fishing one... I dunno, I don't really understand what your question is. xD

its not hard to fish really, you get used to the system pretty fast. remember the fish will never nibble more then five times on the fifth bite its def. going to pull it under. im sry i cant help more then that your welcome to come to my town and fish with me if you want to.

clearly you dont get it...

1). nunchuck makes everthing better...C is like A (the top little button) and Z is like B (the bottom button) and you walk with the control stick...say ur facing furniture this way ^ (so u see the back of your character) push the control stick forward to push, backwards to pull, and left and right to spin...

2). for fishing, swing rod into water with A or C, wait for black fish shadow to notice the bobber, the fish will swim up and nibble at said bobber, if you see the bobber make little ripples (rings) in the water, the fish is nibbling, if you see the bobber make a splash, the fish has bitten, once u see the splash, quickly press A or C (once should be good) if u see the fish swimming in circles around the bobber, and ur person pulling tight, u r catching the fish...

If you're fishing with the wiimote, you can also pull back like a real fishing rod when they bite--which scorcher explained...

Moving furniture with just the wiimote, you can walk to the furniture, hold A, and swipe downwards or upwards to rotate, and vice versa to move. but that's if you're facing the furniture from east or west.
