Flipnote frames keep moving?

I've been trying to make a few things with the 3DS FlipNote Studio thingy but often when editing frames the whole frame shifts in any direction, pretty much requiring it to be started from scratch.

Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? I've not been able to recreate it - it just sort of happens whenever it feels like it.

@whoever made this thread, i haven't come across this problem while i've been playing, so idk what causes it. .-.

Alright. I think it's that there are more features than I realise or something. Will have to look at the digital manual and hope that shines some light on something or other.
