So I've gotten to get the second room floor plans but how do I get bigger ones like I see on Japanese HHN houses?

So I've gotten to get the second room floor plans but how do I get bigger ones like I see on Japanese HHN houses?

you have to finish the current house then visit them the next day and ask them to 'remake' the house.
