Forgotten Villagers Poll # 24: Singles

So this one's a little different than usual. 6 species have only 1 villager that has been 'forgotten', so they're getting lumped together into one poll.
I have a good idea who is going to win this one.

My vote went to Kit the squirrel, because I love when squirrels are designed that way...like Conker was...

Champ the monkey (who may or may not have evolved into Porter)

I voted for Kit! He has a nice colour scheme and cute eyes, and I just think he's adorable! I also love the squirrels and think it'd be nice to get more male squirrels in general. I also really like Tarou and Elina though, and Dozer seems cool too.

This was between Tarou and Champ for me. I ended up going with Tarou due to his colors. First, jocks are my favorite and I feel that this personality type is underrated. Tarou has an amazing design and if he were brought back in the future, he would easily be one of my favorite wolves. Champ is cool, but Tarou is my choice.

Yes, Champ is also a jock, but Tarou just has a more appealing aesthetic for me. Blue and purple go well together, in my opinion.

Oh gosh, these are actually all really cute. I wouldn't mind seeing all of these villagers in game.

If I thought about who I'd actually invite to my island though, I'd have to say Quetzal and Elina would probably be the two that appeal to me most.

That is, if Elina is peppy and not snooty. Nookipedia lists her as peppy, but Animal Crossing Wiki lists her as snooty. Hmm. I think Chai is the only peppy elephant, and I'd love to see another peppy rather than a snooty.

Quetzal just has a cute look I think. I love his face paint and his catchphrase.

I also love Dozer, and he is actually so, so cute, but I'm a bit apprehensive of lazy villagers. I should give them another try though. I'd definitely at least consider Dozer, even though he's lazy.

This is really hard because I like Elina, Kit, and Tarou a lot. I went with Tarou though.

Can we talk about Dozer's unibrow though?? That has got to be the greatest of all villager unibrows.

i thought that my vote would immediately be going to tarou, but i can’t not vote for kit after seeing him. i mean, just look at his face!

i still adore tarou with all my heart, though and would love to have him back as well! quetzal is also pretty cool looking, too!

It was very hard to chose between dozer and champ as they are 2 of the only missing villagers I want back so that I can actually have.
But I chose dozer in the end because would fit my island better

I just realized Kit looks like Conker lol, I wonder if they did that on purpose
I mean a few others have pointed it out too so I'm thinking it wasn't a coincidence.

Quetzal. I've liked him since I first saw him in the guide book for the GameCube game back in 2002. I love his design, I love his name, he's just so cool. I never had him in my game back then, and it's a shame that he never returned.

Elina is a close second because of her bindi (if they include it) and the flower in her hair.

Tarou's a distant third, though it's just down to that great purple coloration he's got since purple is one of my top three favorite colors. Not too fond of his design otherwise.

I’d really like most of these to return, I’ve alway liked Champ, Kit has a nice design and I find Dozer very relatable as I love sleeping too but my vote goes to Tarou. I love the wolf villagers and like his purple colouring, plus it would be really nice to have a jock wolf as currently the male wolves are very heavy on the cranky personality.

This is a tough one as there's quite a few here that I like. In the end I decided to go with Dozer, since I really enjoyed the name + design combo and he definitely stands out as a unique villager for me. I'll mention that Elina and Quetzal were a close 2nd/3rd for me.

Glad I'm not the only one who thought Kit looked like Conker. It also helps that I love the name Kit for some reason, so yeah, I'm choosing him for this round!

Tarou looks cool too, but we already have a lot of good wolves.
