i believe this is the correct place to put this??? i feel like if we're going to get in actual trouble for accidentally going over 250px we should be provided with something that shows our pixel count if possible
tried to fix mine but im not sure if its under 250px yet (should be but in the preview i cant tell where it starts and ends) and it feels unfair for me to get in trouble for it when i dont have a good way to know what my pixel count is :Oc
I do feel like it's a liiittle inconvenient the way they currently suggest your check signature height (like taking a screenshot and measuring it is...a bit of a weak solution). I feel there could possibly be a way to implement a "Check Height" or something that "measures" the height of the box but it's really down to how flexible the guys are adding new functionality into the forum software - I have a hunch they're not too interested in doing it for trivial things like this.
You don't get in any trouble, anyway - I think the mods normally just stick it in a spoiler and tell you to make it shorter.
Your current signature height is around 220px anyway (excluding the "footer" of the message with the like / quote / reply links), so you're all good unless those links are an issue now.
i can't comment if it's possible or not but for now you can ask in the signature guide thread, or if you're on desktop you can right click your sig in a thread and hit "inspect", it should briefly show your sig dimensions
i just feel like if im gonna get any sort of infraction/reprimanding for accidentally going past it, there should be some way to check it if its something they can provide

It would be really dumb if people are being instantly infractioned over a single time, without warning. If the individual has been warned (several) times, then I can understand an infraction.
