Basically, we sort of debate over something by making objections and giving evidence until we get enough evidence to make a conclusion. Then we move on to another topic.

Spoiler: Example

User1:There is a belief that money does not grow on trees.
User2: Hold it! Money grows on paper and paper comes from trees so money does grow in trees.
User3: Objection! Even though paper grows on trees, that does not mean that money itself grows on trees
User4: Hold it! Without the trees, money wouldn't exist or they wouldn't be able to make more so it does grow on trees.
User5: Objection! Money also can be made out of gold, rocks, silver and bronze which by the way does not come from trees at all so money does not grow on trees.
User6: You know what? I think from all the evidence, we can make a verdict and say that money doesn't grow on trees.

New case: People say that the koppalings are bowsers children

People believe that video games send negative messages to people and can cause them to be aggressive, violent and can even arouse bad behavior. We may cross examine the theory.

Hold it! Video games like brain age can improve brain function and actually decrease aggression and bad behavior due to the positive lectures that Dr. Ryuta Kawashima gives the player while playing.

Objection! I eye problems have nothing to do with the mind. I person can turn blind from play and absolutely be fine mentally. Also, there have never been any stories of a video games influencing someone.

Hold it! There could be games with very inspiring plot and endings!

Objection! A plot is just a plot and an ending is an ending. It is impossible for someone to be inspired to physically do something because of a plot or ending.

There are games that have different endings that you get to when you do certain things in the plot. In a way the ending inspires the player to play again in a different way to get the other endings!

Take that! Most of the people who show negative behavior because of video games usually had some sort of mental of life problems themselves.

I think we all can agree that video games can send negative messages to people who have some sort of problems. However, there isn't any sort of evidence that shows that people who were once normal showing bad behavior after playing video games.

From this, I hereby consider video games... NOT GUILTY!
