the mayor! she's basically me so lazy and looks unamused most of the time, she wears a clown nose and halo and has bangs. if you could give her a dazed expression or one similiar to the drawn reference, that would be awesome! HERE is her drawn reference, and HERE is an older b&w drawing of her for bottom half reference. i'm sorry i don't have in-game references of her, but if you need any other info lmk!
