I think you should try and blend more and not make the lines so harsh where it looks like you just scribbled. Focus more on details and don't just do lines for the hair ( unless that's the style you're going for ). But all in all it's very nice i like it .

i really like this art ,i think you did a petty good job,the hair needs to be fix a bit the hair going down need to be blend bit more so it looks flowly ,if your still doing freebie here my mayor

she has some potential in her right now she looks like the top of her head is being stretched to the left; she would look better if you can correct for the "stretching"; and as with what others have said, you can try blend out the shading a bit more; also she would look more finished if you can clean the lines up and not make them too scribbly
