Fruit Trading

I recently got AC:NH and I've been playing the game solo having a blast, but that could only get me so far. I started with apples, got peaches from mom, and was able to find cherries and coconuts with a nook miles ticket. However, I've been unable to find any oranges or pears to complete the set, and I'm willing to trade or even pay for them. Can anyone please help me out?
