I'm struggling to find the other fruits. Is the only way to get them to trade? If so how do I go about trading? I have oranges, pears and coconuts. But I'm wanting apples, peaches and cherries.

Yeah, the only other way to get fruits is by trading with other people. On your own, you'll be able to get 4 fruits in the game:

- Ones that grow on your natural island when you first get there.
-Sister fruit that grows on Nook or Kap'n islands
- A random fruit mailed to you by your mom when you first start your island
-Coconuts

Also, I'm not sure but I think that extremely rarely, villagers will gift you fruit.

If you are up for trading, just let me know! I have cherries and peaches (I don't have apples though), if you would like to trade. But yeah, in ACNH it is pretty much impossible (from what I understand) to get fruit that is not your native fruit without it being one that you get in the mail on the first day, or being the one type of fruit that you can get from other islands.

I've heard of people online getting all the fruits eventually via kappn boat tours, and it's supposedly really rare, but idk for sure how accurate that is.

I did a search on Google to see if I could find any 2.0 information about fruit, and I found This Website that is a guide of how and where you can find all the fruit and veggies. All fruit is listed as findable on kappn tours.
