I should place some random items (most of the time regular flowers or shells, not very important stuff) on the retail for 1 mil each, like that you have to buy those at retail and the full million is taken from your personal storage, after you have paid the agreed amount I give you all the items from the set.

In this current price I would place 2 random sweet items for 1m each, so that would be your 2m offer after that Ill will place the rest of the items on the ground for you to take it, there is a house next to retail with ABD so you dont have to go to main street to withdraw bells. Way faster than drop bag after bag and moving because there is no more room for the bags to be placed.
