I've had a few people visit my town and i've visited a couple of others by now and it's been a blast! I already have collected a ton of different fruit trees and have them growing in my town! I got them from Tortimer's island as well as other various places. So far though, only one foreign fruit is from another player. 
My house is being upgraded tonight for the second time already! I'm going to put the rest of my current money to building the bridge at the north end of the river. My town is developing slowly but surely. What I can't wait for the most is the QR machine! I will be going crazy with patterns then, not only adding to my town's wardrobe, but i may also be adding pathways and things.
I'm so happy that my only rival in the town is thinking about moving! He hasn't told me personally yet, but everybody is talking about it. I really hope it's true. He hasn't been nice to me at all the whole time i've known him! I'm talking of course about Jay. When I tried to apologize for being a jerk to him today he basically said "What are you doing around my house?! Trying to dig holes around that I can fall in to?" I have done that a few times in the past but he never talked to me about it, so I thought he didn't know it was me... guess I was wrong! Haha! Anyway my apology to him didn't happen because he was mad at me, again. I hope I get a nicer villager in his place!
