Future DLC for all Regions idea?

I was in my friend's town and he suddenly came up with the idea of a DLC like a Cheque Book where if you want to pay large sums of Bells and you don't want to have to withdraw from the ABD/Bellpoint, you could just write the name of the person you're giving it to and how many Bells they can withdraw, like a real life Cheque and then it would go from one person's bank automatically to the person you have paid, it would be useful for buying TBT Bells from people to as you wouldn't have to spend all day giving them seller's the Bells, also for hackers, someone can request what they want and the hackers would just write it out and drop it on the ground for people...

So, anyone think this idea would be good to add to AC: CF/LGTTC?

EDIT: I'll be emailing Nintendo about this idea too, as I think it would help in a big way to the AC Economy...

you can't even use those since the euro was instigated ..

they aren't globally used, so it would be a miss-step to feature these things in the game
