Its called a Barred Knifejaw or something like that. Jay wants one but I can't find it anywhere I looked in the rivers and the ocean every single day since Monday.

The rain isn't nessacary it just makes it easier to catch rare fish

knifejaw are like, way rare in this one... like snapper, in the other one, you pulled those things out so easily. : (
