Didn't gaming guides come out a few days before the game came out? I just remember going to gamestop.com and seeing that the release date for the game guide was a week before the game itself came out. I'm sure it's at the publishers discretion, but I'm curious if we'll see the AC:CF guide out on Friday (since the stores will get their shipment of the game by then...even though it won't be on the shelf until the 16th in the USA).

of course there will be! i'm sure that ac guides are some of the best seling guides behind pokemon, zelda, mario...

they always do that.
even with Pokemon FireRed.

no idea why, but very often i'll see guides at the stores a couple days or a week before the game comes out.

they make guides earlier than the game because a lot of people want to read up on it before they play it plus it makes you want the game even more

I really dislike Prima's guide. They're usually not very good, there Super Mario Galaxy guide was terrible compared to the Nintendo one. Just like how they're Animal Crossing guide for the GCN was garbage for having incorrect information, while Nintendo's guide was perfection. Everything was correct in that guide. The Prima one is really only good for an item check list.

What does the guide tell you?? i bet you can get a free one online LOL but it depends i might want it just cause im an AC fan.. but i can always spend y extra money on a AC poster

OMG I don't even use the guides for info (maybe some tips) but there's something about AC guides that makes me buy them!!! Pretty pics, being so obsessed with AC lol xD

But yeah...I have the first two, and I've already saved up to get this one. Hopefully I'll get it on Sunday! It better be like $20...T_T
