okay, just spent a while going through your ISO and i'll rescind the scumread bit. i think i worded this badly bc i was rushing to get my reads posted before i headed out so scrap that, there was just so much back and forth between you and kat about why her read on antonio was for the wrong reason so i assumed you were pushing her

i just find you really hard to read, even going through your ISO there there's so much play by play commentary of peoples' reads and i'm struggling to take any of it in or see where it's getting you in terms of worldbuilding. it feels more like summary instead of analysis

if you could post a concise readlist on where you are now based on the current gamestate i think that would help in my reevaluating your slot

Can't really fault you for wanting to push out a reads list because that's more or less what I did. I'm going to wait until I have proper time to post my next reads list so I can make it as complete as possible, and read cleanly enough that it's not easy to misinterpret.

The reason there's so much "play by play commentary" is because I was demonstrating a behaviour of a person without interjecting my opinion, then drawing a conclusion from it - which I think is a lot healthier than stating a subjective view of how someone behaved then trying to cram them into that proposed story.

I was busy until near the end of the day. I posted when I had time.

I didn't vote evan because I don't think evan is mafia? Like I'm not saying I have a townread on evan, but I don't think his content is particularly alignment relevant.
It's also not like I townread Kat, and would want to avoid lynching her - if anything, Aerious's point on her not wanting to vote a player she potentially scumread was a point in the negative. (Obviously she's confirmed town now, but that's not relevant to behaviour at EoD.)
(This is easy to misinterpret because I struck down points glow made against her and "soft white knighted her" [this isn't even a thing but Aerious has her ways])

I mean I already asked you to provide your thoughts on my (admittedly rushed) post on her, so I'll just plug it and ask for a responce again.

..desperate? Would love to hear what exactly you think I was desperate about? The lynch was on Kat, who has now flipped town. You could've made the argument that I was trying to protect her as her scumbuddy if she flipped mafia, but she didn't.

I'll have more of an explanation in my reads post. In the mean time, could you explain your behaviour described here? Would really like to understand why you weren't willing to vote dedenne despite stating you were willing to, and you not liking the lynch that was going to occur.

As mentioned in my reply to epona, I'll work on a reads post later when I can allot more time to it.
That being said, would like to see a reads post from more players - people demonstrate plenty of reads in the thread, so it's not like they can't. It'll help people see other people's opinions more clearly.

So guava's response to my reads list earlier really rubbed me the wrong way. (I.e. it made no sense at all and she thought it was weird I scumread the person I lead on a lynch on d1.)

So I did some digging.

This is what I found:
Willingness to vote Dedenne
dislike for the Antonio wagon
Then weird ??? post saying hopes and prayers for the wagon
Which all culminates to refusal to vote the alternative lynch (which she said she was willing to vote) to the one she didn't like.

I'm gonna try to CDF to guava.

she said earlier in the thread she'd only lynch dedenne as a random shot in the dark, then says "i'm not lynching random like that" so i'm not connecting whatever you are here? how does not being willing to lynch dedenne reflect badly

Right now I'm between glow and Antonio for my vote.

glow sent major red flags to me last game for essentially justifying mislynches of town. In this game she goes for dedenne first, saying it was a feeling based on their indecisiveness of posting. Idk, I feel like this was their way of starting a wagon on a random player to gain traction and frame it as a mislynch to be like 'ops guys, we'll get 'em next time'

Antonio is still on may radar for now. I feel like its going to be one of those situations where they were almost lynched D1 and then we overlook them the entire rest of the game and coast by.

The maf dream team in my head is: Antonio/glow/Tensu maybe? I need to read over their post again, I keep forgetting when they posted.

epona I feel would give some valuable info on some other players by proxy of who she defended. She hard defended Antonio earlier in D1 and now she is covering glow in a way? I'd like to see who flips later and how that will effect her reads.

Amazon just got here so I don't have a lot to off of by them. No idea how they usually play but starting out memeing is just the way to break the ice in the game? Also, someone bringing up the point that could;t have scum reads yet when there's an entire obs chat making reads on games they aren't even playing. I don't think that's indicative enough for an soild scum read on them

Kat had a lot to say D1 but I haven't seen a lot of their post D2 so I would like to see what they have for their defense but I'm not sure if I will make it back in time for that.

Ace and Aerious are pretty much playing like they were in the other games.

Endless has posted endless walls of text that offers some good insight on certain players, but it really does feel like it's their own perspective on the matter stated as fact.

I'm kind of in the same boat as mog. I thought I'd really have more time for this but real life stuff gets in the way. I can sub out if that would seem better for everyone.

like we know now that kat was town so i don't know how relevant this is but this false equivalence doesn't sit right with me. how is there any similarity between policy voting someone with 0 content for inactivity vs voting someone who happens not to be around for EOD, but who has plenty of content to analyse (which is what people voted her for)

it does hold merit, green icon on discord = actively online your pc. you are constantly set on away, which wouldn't show any difference bc it was a manual, permanent swap. ppl trying to make it seem as though i'd actively choose someone to sus and them conveniently going away wasn't enough for me to swap my vote or want to not kill, bc i thought she was actively there. literally 0 point discussing this bc none of u understand what i mean or are purposefully misinterpreting. lol so far there's been 2 people perma on away "omg it doesn't always mean ur active!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111" whereas green means ur there and present and WILL swap to away after a certain amt of time. but i'm wasting my time arguing logistics w/ people who don't understand or know how statuses on discord work

This I don't agree with, Kat wagon was built over time, and if both of you were mafia, you could plan it, but since Kat flipped town, and even if you are mafia, you started a wagon that would need Kat not to answer to work? (which is what happened), but you do it blindly, so I don't think it was the easy wagon.
