Hey Flaming_Oceans, is this your first graphic?
If so, the composition and typography is definitely good for someone who's just started out. The main problems I see are related to image quality. Erza is way too blurry even though she's supposed to be the focal point. Did the image start out that way? If it did, you're going to have to choose better images to work with in the future; using low quality images will lead to a low quality result unless you know exactly what you're doing. So make sure to select high resolution images, and once you get more practice in, then you could possibly move on to something more difficult to manipulate.
If the image DIDN'T start off as a blurry mess, you should be wary of using any filters or effects that would downgrade the image. You may have done this for blending purposes, but don't compromise the quality for something like that.
That's all the c+c I've got for now, since you're only showcased one piece, but if you ever decide to post more I'll be back to post my thoughts again :-]
I kept this relatively brief compared to the five page essay I usually write, but I hope this helped. The graphic definitely isn't all bad; the background is nice, and so are some foreground elements (as I mentioned in the beginning), but the blurriness of it all unfortunately takes away from the good points.
