Gimp Broked! HELP!!

Ok for some reason when I mysteriously went on a deleting spree I screwed up my gimp. >_<

Well now I'm trying to reinstall it and I couldn't be any more lost.

I downloaded the 2 things from Gimp.org and now I'm lost. Anyone know what to do next?
