Should i use GIMP for sigs or should i continue with PhotoShop?

I think i took to much of a gradient which made it so white

I'd get rid of the yellow thing by Squirtle. Also, I'd change the text of your name to go more along with the theme of the sig... maybe some sort of watery text?

Otherwise, it is a simple sig, but I like it. It's different than most, but just because it's white and has blank space doesn't mean it's bad. Right now, 5.5/10... with a couple changes, easily a 7/8.
