Selling Giving away Marina the Octopus

I think Marina the octopus is a pretty popular villager? She's leaving my island today, so I was hoping to trade/sell her to someone who really wants her! (would absolutely love a wolf, but bells are fine. I just want her to go to someone who really needs her for their island.)

I'm not sure what the average going rate is for a villager, since I've never done this before. I'm checking the New Leaf forum for reference, and I'm seeing people spend upwards of 500k bells. I'd be happy with just 200k, but I'm still willing to haggle.

Oh, and maybe some flowers. I've got pansies, tulips, windflowers, and hyacinths right now. If you've got others, I'd love some!
