So I’m looking to sell the Glitchtrap head I made on Etsy— but the thing is I’m not sure what to price it and am very open to offers, just looking to sell it to someone who’d enjoy it. :]
Looking to sell it at least around $300, because shipping is going to be $100+ aaand the materials were honestly probably between $100-200 so just trying to somewhat make some money back lol, but mostly i just wanna give it to someone who really wants it. But I’m very flexible! Just ask me.
Some heads ups before considering purchasing:
- this is NOT a professionally made head.
as mentioned this is my first head, so he’s a bit wonky. There are some visible seams on the sides of the head, as well as on the ears. They aren’t too terribly noticeable though, personally I’m not bothered by seams.
- it’s a pretty snug fit, and a bit difficult to breath in. Of course I don’t really wear fursuit heads on the daily or have that much experience with them so you may be more accustomed to this— I definitely recommend NOT wearing it when it’s hot lol, and definitely don’t wear it if you have breathing problems such as asthma. I did my best to make it more comfortable inside, including a dip for the nose and adding a sheet of felt for comfort. The mouth is open, and while you can’t really see through the teeth and fur, it will definitely help a bit with ventilation.
- the vision is not great— you can see out of the eyes, but his big snout and eyelids obscure it a bit. Sorry about that!
- the ears make the head a bit heavy to wear— not horribly, but just a bit. It’s because of their size and the fact they have wires, springs and pencils holding them up.
So, overall, I think it’s pretty alright for my first try, but of course he has his flaws and I just want to make sure you know that before buying. Of course I’m willing to answer any questions and concerns you may have and will be happy to assist you in any way possible! If you want, I can include the purple long sleeve shirt + Glitchtrap pin and white gloves to go with the costume. I would also love to draw you a picture as a thank you.
