Is anybody else participating this year? I'm a sophomore, and I wrote on a white tshirt with sharpie that I will not be speaking today.

Last year my art teacher gave me stickers and tatoos and stuff and a lot of people wore masks over their mouth. It totally went over my head this year, though

i did this every year when i was in middle / high school, but as ive grown up its harder for me to do this, given jobs and adult **** i gotta attend to. i still enjoy the idea behind it though. im glad kids still participate in this day.

Yeah, it's an American thing. My school has never officially sanctioned it and usually nobody participates but me.
