I had to translate that for myself because it was so badly spelt and done.... I'm guessing you wanted people to come to your town so your idea was ''I'LL OFFER FREE ITEMS FOR FRIENDS''. Doesn't always work, just post your town profile in the appropriate section. Plus not many members on TBT actually play Animal Crossing, it's an outdated game (By a few years) so you have to expect people won't be playing it.
