Got one yesterday.. The Harvest festival increased my chances of getting it, I had gotten 3 balloons that day! So, how much is it worth and should I sel it?

Also I don't think anything increases your chances of getting it, you just have to shoot down 8 balloons and then the 9th balloon you shoot down will have the slingshot.
