This is my first time meeting this snobby giraffe and from just one Google search, I quickly learned she's one of the hardest NPC's to come across but passing her fashion checks are required to upgrade T.I.Y --> T&T Emporium.
So I took full advantage of her visit and TT'd my way through her fashion checks.
Luckily I'm a hoarder so finding the required clothing wasn't a big deal. And apparently to pass, you need at least 2 of the required theme items and no clashing items .
Once I passed, I saved and quit, TT'd back one day, saved and quit, TT'd back one day forward to when Gracie came and viola! She was there, ready and waiting!

Also, Teddy is finally OUT of my orchard! Lolly is in!
