Graphic Edit Request

Well I need part of a pic to be transparent. I sue Paint, and unfortunetly you can't make things transparent.

Can some with another shop do it for me?

What I need is all the white on the outside to be transparent:

(I may not actually use this, but Im testing things)

I don't want to waste the time waiting for PhotoShop to load, so I'll tell whoever does it to save it as a .GIF, otherwise it won't be transparent.

You can do transparent in Paint. Anyway, here.
