This appears to be the polite thing to do, so here I am with my introduction.
I've been playing Animal Crossing since the WW days (that's Wild World, not World War, I'm not THAT old geeze) and I am one of thousands whose patience has been twisted like a stop sign in a hurricane as we wait for the North American release of New Leaf. I've been tempted to buy a Japanese 3DS and the game, but I already own too many DS consoles as it is. Well, maybe one more wouldn't hurt. To be honest, navigating the download of the Japanese digital version of the game is the one thing stopping me. That, and the fact that I've already spent all my Christmas money.
Okay, so I digress, and also ramble on way too much. Long story shorter, I came across this forum while chasing links of pictures from New Leaf, and I really really like the look of this place. I'm hoping that having a place to read and chat with other AC Maniacs will keep me from flipping a display the next time I wander into Gamestop.
Oh, and the kitty in my avatar is my cat, Domino. He is the goofiest fluffy man I know.
