Group?

Okay, so I'm trying to join groups and stuff, but.... looks like all of 'em are either the Prez hasn't been on or it full or rules are to strict. So I'm thinking of making a group with pure people that like to chill out. If i were to make it the rules would be, 1) Don't break other peoples town rules 2) Chill out, and dont stress over something little 3) Make sure you can take a joke 4) Feel free to say anything as long as you don't make the person pist off/ feel bad. (which means if they get mad or sad say sorry and case solved). So, is anyone willing to join a group like this? or should I just forget about it and join an other group?
