Gulliver?

Has anyone seen Gulliver yet? I was told that he comes randomly on a UFO and you have to hit him with a slingshot... it sounds far fetched. Can someone confirm this? And what items does he give you?

Yes.
In this one he is.
Hell randomly fly through you tonw....rather quickly to say.......and I believe if you shoot him donw, you have to find all his ship parts and take them to him.
Then I think you may get a Metroid..not sure. :\
