Hello, is there any way I can sell hacked items in ACNL? Maybe if I put a warning they are hacked? If not, I understand.

Rules state that “

• Duplicated, hacked, or power-saved items in Animal Crossing.” Are prohibited so it’s not allowed

the selling of hacked items is strictly prohibited on this forum. if you're caught selling duped or hacked items you could receive an infraction or get banned. I wouldn't risk it if I were you.
