Hacking Items

No, using AR isn't actually hacking it. To hack it you need to get all this stuff including a GBA cart. Both methods have dangers for your AC game and/or your DS.

(edit: I meant no not yes)

Why would you buy something that could mess up your DS and/or game seriously.
Well, if you know what you're doing nothing will happen most likely.

Storm...You can with AR...Just follow the stuff here: http://www.aibohack.com/nds/ar.htm

Now, AR CAN be used for hacking. With AR, you can only transfer game saves from DS to Computer and back. So, what you do is download the Map Maker, transfer game save from DS to computer, open it with Map Maker, drop items, money, change your town, etc, and then move the save back to your DS. And there you have it.

If you know what you're doing, NOTHING will happen. If you go crazy with the mapmaker, there might be some glitches with the game. But that can be reversed if you made a backup save, which you can then put back onto your AC:WW game.

The second method with flash carts, blank GBA carts, etc, I'm not too familiar with...

Ummmmmm, I don't hack. But I think it would be awesome to get hacked stuff. But then people would think your wierd.

:(

this game is officially worse than the Gamecube version in terms of getting everything you want... i thought codes were bad, now people are exploiting glitches and looking "cool" in the process. : \

i hope each and every one of you that tries this bricks your DS... maybe you'll learn then.

Yes I agree with that but still Nintendo left those glitches in the game by acident so it is their fault that everybody is the game.

Sorry, but that's just wrong.

Any person who is willing can get into any game, which is just as true for real hackers, since EVERY KIND OF SECURITY SYSTEM HAS A WEAKNESS.

Yea I guess so..... but Nintendo could try to make it so that it's weakness would be lower and the security would be up maybe. I don't know. I don't work for Nintendo.

They HAVE tried, but everything has a hardware or software weakness, and the DS and AC:WW aren't any different. And, honestly, there's no use in preaching against hacking. If you don't want to, then don't. But some people don't hack just to look cool. They might hack because they want a different town, or something.

Action replay gets me coool stuff. I know a guy from NSider who got me most of my Mario items. Now located in my house for aweing at.
