the start of halcyon embarked with agnes and genji, the evening that acnh was released [ 03.20.2020 ].
skye was invited to the island from a mystery tour, while victoria and filbert joined through random chance.
kyle decided to live on halcyon via random chance as well - the campsite.
wolfgang, whitney, and chief were invited from mystery islands.

kyle asked to embark on a new journey on 04.25.2020.
raymond invited from a mystery island on 04.28.2020.
victoria bid adieu on 05.11.2020.
chief invited from mystery island on 05.12.2020.
lolly invited from campsite amiibo on 05.13.2020..
fang invited from campsite amiibo.
wolfgang finally wanted to leave the island on 02.07.2021, took a while.
bunnie invited from mystery island on 02.08.2021.
whitney said goodbye on 07.10.2021.
roscoe invited from mystery island on 07.11.2021.
daisy is going to be invited from campsite amiibo to replace chief. :c

here are some progress wips ~ i'm just going with the flow, haven't planned anything haha i just want a nice lil forest-y theme, and to recreate some of my favourite things from new leaf that i never got to share before (revamped).

same room, some house progression though. my friend gifted me the sky wallpaper ; ^;;;;;

still tryna figure out a nice feel for visitors when they enter from the airport >< it's been tough.
but very very happy with my jacob's ladders ; ^:;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

always gotta have a cafe - had one in new leaf and even pocket camp.

well . . . after genji, filbert, and skye wanting to move out - i'm finally letting kyle go today. feeling kinda sad about it, but excited for who is to come to halcyon next. gladys was visiting the campsite today as well, but she kept wanting chief to leave and i can't :c sorry gladys. maybe some other time!

the time had finally come to use my grinded out 200k nook miles to island hop for raymond after bidding adieu to kyle. it took 13+ hours and 151 islands, but i finally found him. i also compiled a spreadsheet of my encounters here.

hung out at my friend's island the other night. i don't have many friends who play ac, and new leaf was a significantly solo experience for me due to it being gifted a year or so after initial release. i really appreciate the small moments i have playing with friends.

well, i guess inviting raymond to my town was my first real "goal," so i felt kind of weird about what to do after. i had been slowly decorating my house / island, but nothing super significant. decided to tackle terraforming a bit more.

i found a fireplace from one of the mystery hopping islands and got inspired to make a cozy little hangout "nook." it sits near-ish to my cafe. needa add more furniture ofc but the good stuff seems real sparse right now haha the white drink machine is from my friend, and the golden dung beetle statue is also from a friend. so it really feels like a little friend area. anyways i really ought to design a pattern for the floor but creating patterns is so taxing x______x so mb later.

raymond's temporary spot in my little party area (wip). already paid the 50k to move him. here he is just chillin.

kind of tore apart my initial house furnishings, and now i only have like 3 half-finished rooms LOL my main room is terrible now X___x dunno what i'm going to do with it now that i put the cafe outside. but i converted the upstairs plant room into my bedroom, and i really like it.

i keep having a lotta mixed ideas for my town, but uhh guess i'm just going with them all lmao anyways i decided to make a little floral area, like maybe a garden. i am currently waiting on hybrids to grow //beensoslow//// so it doesn't look too much like a garden yet.

current after pictures. my friend sent me that little zen stone which looks cool. i should make it the mossy version but hey, i really like the colour black.

decided to work on the path to my museum. i don't feel too comfortable with paths yet because i'm still trying to figure out a walkway from the airport that feels natural. i like how it's turning out thus far, but would like to remove the hyacinths at the top. there are a bit too many of them lol but i want to work on more models and i haven't seen cj / flick in forever. flick . . ; ^:;;;;;;

finally moved wolfgang's house to the right, so that i could make my infinity pool merge into the little hangout nook i made.

finally able to give raymond this little blazer i've been holding onto for him. he was wearing one of my custom patterns though, i was a bit sad to see him replace it.​

whale, i got some toner goin on in my hair so i may as well throw up some of these pictures before i'm drowning in screenshots.

haven't been doing too much lately, waiting for hybrids to spawn and more lily of the valley. been trying to decorate a little more but it's proving to be a bit difficult. here's my updated museum. i'm not going to keep that fossil there, but unsure of where to put it. i also thought filbert looked hilarious in his little glasses, roasting genji.

built a small sauna nook i guess? it's right next to my airport entrance so i'm not really sure what my thought process was lmao i like it though. shep also visited the campsite.

i have no idea what's going on here! i loaded up the game and one day chief, skye, and wolfgang were all running around the plaza with little twigs. it was really cute but i'm still very confused.

most of my screencaps are at night because that's when i tend to play. i tried to load earlier this week to catch this butterfly. i've only seen it once. ; ^;;;;; not pictured is agnes unexpectedly giving me her photo which made me extremely happy and surprised. i'll have to take a ss of that sometime.
today i invited some friends over to collect celeste's DIY. one of them got the full moon DIY and i gave them the parts to make me dis big mewn :3c i'm so happy.
