Halloween

i live in the Southern hemisphere and idk why but on october 31st there is no halloween.. can someone help me out?

I believe that time traveling limits events to specific years. Are you visiting last year's Halloween or this year's? Or another year's? Whichever it is, maybe try a different year and see if it works.
