Hello! Happy New Year everyone! ~
So today I started the one year challenge on New Leaf! This involves creating a new town on 1st January and throughout the whole year, playing the game legitimately without cheating in any way.
I created my new town and called it Cosmos. My native fruit is oranges and my starter villagers are: Lyman, Benedict, Monty, Melba and Velma. I played the game for about five hours today
This is my town map! (I miss Miiverse for bottom-screen screenshots…now I have to use my phone!) I like this map because it is different from all the other town maps I have had in the past! There is so much land!!

First time getting stung by bees in my new town! I got stung 5 times today...
I got a backyard pool and a mini circuit from shaking trees in Cosmos! Very random…
I wanted to buy this but sometimes you have to ask yourself that question, “Do I REALLY need a pipe organ?”
My new outfit, I expect Gracie to be rushing to my town.
I got a Chihuahua figure from a fortune cookie! So cute!

I built a snowman, my first snowman in Cosmos! It came out perfect as well!
Yes Isabelle! New year, new start! So I need to drain the town resources dry so I can upgrade my tent into a house!
I managed to rake up 13,900 bells so I could pay off the 10,000 bells loan. New house tomorrow yay! With a green roof
I sent a letter to all of my villagers and decided to send a letter to myself, set a year from now to remind myself of this challenge and when it finishes.
So this was Day 1 of the challenge and I really enjoyed doing this! ~
