I don't know if some of you have seen this already, but I just found it;

HERE IT IS

So, whadda' ya' think? It looks pretty good...I've never been a huge Harry Potter fan myself, but some of you out there might be.

I was, I mean I had the first book when it came out, not after it was really popular. I'm looking forward to the last book, but I was never a fan of the movies, they leave out so much for those dummies who refuse to read.

 *is insulted* I...I refused to read the books, only cuz I think they got a little too dull for my taste. I much prefer the movies in this case...

You FREAKS!! What do you DO in spare time!? I read! I have every HP from 1-6, I own Eragon and Eldest, and I have a full bookcase full of stories. And guess what...I READ THEM!!!

Wow...well, just because I don't read Harry Potter, doesnt mean I don't READ....calm down there

:p Everyone has different interests. You might read, while others...watch TV or play video games.

I think I have around 4 bookcases absolutely full of books, both in Russian and English... But as for the topic at hand...

After watching the major disappointment that was Harry Potter 4 (the book was a million times better, it had more side-stories and was overall a better experience), I must say that I don't have high hopes for the fifth film. I will watch it, of course, but it probably won't be as good as the first two films...

The fifth... Oh the one where... Yeah. Nevermind.

Sounds like a boring movie to me, IMO. Only looking forward to seeing Rita Skeeter and that evil Principal person in it. The actors look like what I imaged them to be.

Well, so far I've been that same age as the movie version of Harry, with this 5th movie being the only execption, coming out 2 days after my 16th birthday. I use the movies as a kind of timeline, as I watch the first and say, "Wow, did I look that little?"

I'm going to see it. Now until August, unfortuatly, bacause I have 3-week summer camp.

Well, your reasons are probably different, but I also think the movie'll be a bore, and in my opinion, it's because the director will probably cut out 3/4 of the side stories and all of the "unimportant" parts of the main story.

Yeah, me and my friend were just talking about this. The people that read the books probably don't like the movies much at all, but to those of us who have yet to read them, they're pretty good, since we don't know about the cut side stories, or cut characters, or anything else that was cut.

:p

I agree. For instance, one of the major plots in the 5th book, ( heck, in the entire series) was Harry and Cho's relationship. If they dumb that down, I will be angry.

Well in the preview that I linked you guys too, Daniel Radcliffe said something about Harry falling in love for the first time, so...

He fell in love in the third book, yet, it was barely touched upon in the films... Horrendous, in my opinion. Stick to the books, guys.

:p

Gengar, you especially; you'll find that the books are a million times better, especially if you liked the films.

Yuppers. Plus, you would know about all the little spoilers revealed in the sixth book.
