- the lips look a bit unrealistic and uneven. in general, the bottom lip should be even and more plump than the top lip
- the line art is shaky, you can easily fix it by going over it with an increase in stability and possibly thicker lines if you need to
- for the hair, the coloring looks half done. add more detail, cover up more of the base color and go crazy with the brush size (have it range from thin to fairly thick)
- the purple in the middle should be spread out more throughout the hair to look more natural
The only thing that really bothers me is your lips, they're very uneven. However the rest of the face is nicely done, but the hair (and I'm not sure if this was the intention) is too wide. If you're going for more "voluminous" hair it wouldn't make sense for it to be that wide on both sides. Other than that it's really nice c: Keep practicing, I would also suggest looking around at some artist and experimenting with different styles.
Tbh the only thing needing serious
Changing are the lips, the length thickness seem to clash with the style and look unrealistic. However this can be easily improved. I say use reference images of styles you like and work of them.
Also, the shading in the hair(hairline) needs to be a bight lighter.
However apart from that i think you have a very lovely and unique art style ^.^
