I'm personally getting excited for it! It looks like a fun way to get your favorite villagers, set up little scenes, dress them up, and take staged photos. I could see it being a really fun mini-game type of thing. Plus, it looks like we can use the special villager amiibos there too which means I forsee a lot of pictures being taken with Isabelle!

What do you guys think of Harvey's photoshoot cabin? Missed opportunity or fun time-eater?

I wasn't keen on the photo place tbh.
I'd never go there.

I was really hoping Harvey's would be where RV's and special items would be.

It seems a waste of a good character.

I think it's fun. Happy Home Designer was almost like a beta version of that, especially if you had amiibo cards. I had fun trying to set up fun scenes with my character and some villagers.

I think it would be even more fun in NH because the game will probably give us more options and freedom.

i'm excited to see what people do with it. i'll probably use it to get cute screenshots with my favs, but i wonder if people will make stories or plays out of it. i really like how you can choose villager outfits, too. interesting feature and i'm excited to see more is my consensus.

I think it looks very cute and fun, and I'll be interested to see what kind of scenes more creative people than me end up making with it. For me one of the only reasons to play Pocket Camp was to just be able to put accessories on the villagers haha.

photophia looks great! i was wishing for a feature that lets us choose villager apparel in the village but this is fine too. i hope we get to also change around the furniture and walls completely so that it's not just a very brown room.

Once I get all the villagers I want, I'll probably take one "family" photo. After that, unless there are Nook Miles events tied to it, I'll relocate it to a place on my map I'll never visit, and forget all about it.

Taking a little family photo idea is a really cute one. I don't think you have to worry about the cabin taking up a place on your map though. They were making it sound like it is on its own little island that we travel to. Or that's how I understood it.

Especially since the official art on the cover shows him on another island, I really hope his role is more than just a stage setup.

Out of the whole direct that was the one thing that didn't really speak to me. I found the whole set-up a little weird and crowded.. But maybe it'll grow on me when I get to arrange the set-up myself

Looking back, it seems he is on another island and not yours, so you won’t have to worry about him taking up space.
