“Have a gang-tastic Halloween!” Nintendo Switch News??

Nintendo Switch just put out news wishing people a happy Halloween. It says they are handing out a few goodies and is says you got this, and then there is a picture of yoshi i costume. Are they literally just giving you a picture to look at or is there something I’m missing. I though maybe they were giving everyone a random new Halloween avatar or something, but can’t find anything. Anyone know?
