There isnt something setup to have a friends list i dont think? In reality this isnt very practical. It would take a lot of work to implement something like that, and all you have to do is click the top banner, go to the bottom of the main page, and see who is on. And if you click the Active User list, you could even see who is doing what.

It's really not a problem to just find your friends.
You could even make a list with links to your friends profiles in your signature, then you could find them like that...

It works on vBulletin, but on the online list theres a ' + ' next to their name to show that they are your friends.
