It's an app! It's called SketchBook express. I don't have a computer so yeah.

Looks great! I understand how it can be to use Sketchbook on mobile devices with the touch screen and all, and it looks good. For improvement, I'd just say maybe some shading and a little more color detail, but other than that the style is really nice. x3

id pay no more than 40 tbt for it. the proportions are a bit off and theres little to no detail (i.e. no shading, lighting, extra effects, etc). i'd thin out the lines, add more detail to everything and put some distance between the eyes
