Anyway, what I wanted to ask is what are tbt bells?? I know tbt is the bell tree, right? But what are tbt bells?

Adding onto what's been said, TBT bells are worth significantly more than in-game Bells. I believe the unofficial exchange rate is 100 TBT for 15 million IGB, or something along those lines. It varies a bit.
